Dr Katherine Hindley
Dr Hindley is a clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience in both the NHS and privately.
Key Experiences:

Qualified from Exeter University with a doctoral degree in Clinical psychology and a masters degree in Family therapy.

First degree in Philosophy and Psychology at Sheffield University.

Works with children and families with all kinds of mental health and relational difficulties including anxiety and depression, behavioural issues, self-esteem, bullying, elective mutism, ADHD, Autism and eating issues.

Dr Hindley is also highly skilled in working with parents, schools and other agencies giving advice, therapeutic support and consultation.

She is skilled in Family/systemic therapy, CBT, Narrative therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy).

She has previously consulted to the leaving care team in Taunton, where she was able to enable workers in helping children with very complex difficulties and Attachment Disorder.

Currently, Dr Hindley provides consultation support to the Family Nurse Partnership Teams in Ealing and Brent, who support teenage parents and their babies.
